Families can access your family and camper forms via the Forms tab of the Parent Dashboard.
Note: All of your active family/camper forms are always accessible via the Forms page of the dashboard. If you've configured any of your forms to display during the enrollment process, parents would also see those forms when enrolling a camper.
Forms Tab
To access the Forms tab, click the Forms link in the left sidebar menu.
Forms Landing Page
On the Forms page, families are presented both your Family and Camper forms.
