I'm new to CampSite! How do I use it?

Welcome to CampSite! We're pleased to meet you. 

CampSite is a powerful software with numerous tools that help manage your camp on a daily basis. 

We teach users how to use CampSite through detailed training sessions where we demonstrate how to use key features for day-to-day needs.  

We also offer supplemental resources for users after training, via help center articles/videos and FAQs.

To maximize your use of the software, we recommend that all users begin with training before using CampSite. Training provides a solid foundation on how CampSite works and how to navigate various features.
Then, utilize our supplemental resources for extra help as you get comfortable using CampSite day-to-day.


During each camp's onboarding phase (just after opening their CampSite account), we provide live training sessions where we demonstrate how to use the software for day-to-day needs.

The camp staff who originally participated in those trainings are expected to train any new users added to the camp's database after onboarding.

New users may watch recordings of our onboarding trainings that we host on our Support Portal and our in-product FAQs page - please click here to access them. Training videos are also embedded within each manual of the support portal as well.

Help Center

After training, our help center articles are a great resource for finding detailed guides on how to utilize various features.

Our Help Center articles are organized into different manuals that correspond to different sections of the software, like Campers vs. the Parent Dashboard vs. Financials. Jump to a specific manual by clicking the icon on the Help Center home screen, or search for specific content by keyword.
