Sending Files (e.g. Multiple Attachments) By E-Mail

When attaching a file to an e-mail, you may attach one file with a maximum size of 1 MB.

If you need to send multiple files, or a file that's larger than 1 MB, embed the file within a link in the body of your e-mail.

Recipients can then click the link, much like clicking a hyperlink to a webpage, to download your file right to their device.

First, type the text you wish to turn into a link (e.g. Click here) into the body of your email.

Next, highlight the text that you wish to turn into a link, then click the link icon on the toolbar (see above, for reference).

In the pop-up window that opens:

  1. Click the Upload tab
  2. Click Choose File

Select the relevant file from your computer and submit.

Next, click to Send it to the Server.

Finally, click the green Click OK button.

The highlighted text will turn into a link. When the recipient clicks the link, the file will download to their device.
