Sending Files (e.g. Multiple Attachments) By E-Mail

When uploading an attachment to an e-mail, you may attach one file no larger than 1 MB.

You can also send files via email by embedding them within a link in the body of your email message. Recipients can then click the link within your message to access the file.

When providing files via link, there's no restriction on the number of files or file size, allowing you to provide the recipient with multiple files and/or files larger than 1 MB.

See below for instructions on how to embed files via link.

Upload the File

In the pop-up window that opens:

  1. Click the Upload tab
  2. Click Choose File, then select the relevant file from your computer.

Next, click to Send it to the Server.

Finally, click the green Click OK button.

The highlighted text will turn into a link. When the recipient clicks the link, they'll access the file that you uploaded.

Each link can contain one file, so if you need to provide multiple files, create multiple links within your message.
