How do I attach multiple files to an email?

When using the "upload file" link to upload an attachment along with your email message, you may only upload one file that's a maximum size of 1 MB.

Files can also be included with an email by embedding the files within a link in the body of your email message. Recipients can then click the link(s) within your message to open/download your file(s) on their device.

When uploading files via link, there's no limit on the number of linked files you can include in your message (and the files can be of any file size), so using the link method allows you to send multiple files to an email.

To learn how to upload files into a link, see below.

3. Upload the File

In the pop-up window that opens:

  1. Click the Upload tab
  2. Click Choose File, then select the relevant file from your device.

Next, click to Send it to the Server.

Finally, click the green Click OK button.

The highlighted text will turn into a link. When the recipient clicks the link, they'll access the file that you uploaded.

Each link can contain one file, so if you need to provide multiple files, create multiple links within your message.
