Admin Settings

The Attendance tab of the Admin menu contains settings for Authorized Pickups to determine the information parents can provide, as well as the options applicable for staff-driven attendance based on the camper's transportation method.

  1. You may require that parents provide photos of Authorized Pickups to make it easy for your staff to identify the individuals approved for each camper
  2. You may allow parents to indicate their child may check themselves in or out without an adult

If your camp is using the Transportation module, you can determine whether Authorized Pickups must be selected for each type of dropoff and pickup.

  1. "Prompt for Authorized pickup when checking in from a parent dropoff?" will require the staff member checking a camper in to select the individual who dropped the camper off at arrival
  2. "Prompt for Authorized pickup when checking out to parent pickup?" will require the staff member checking a camper out to select the individual who picked the camper up for departure
  3. "Prompt for Authorized pickup when checking in from bus?" will require the staff member checking a camper in on the bus to select the individual who dropped the camper at the bus for arrival
  4. "Prompt for Authorized pickup when checking out to bus?" will require the staff member out on a bus departure to select the individual who met the camper at the end of the day

Parent-driven Attendance has additional settings.

  1. "Prompt for signature for parent-driven check-in?" will require a signature for attendance logs entered by Parents or Authorized Pickups
  2. "Password to return to configuration page for parent-driven check-in" will prevent Parents and Authorized PIckups from accessing configuration and administrative pages of CampSite from the PIN entry page.
