Staff Profile: Staff Charges Tab

The Charges tab is a place to post any charges a staff member makes against their salary.

Adding a new charge

Click "+Add charge..." to add a new charge

  1. Charge category
  2. Description
  3. Amount
  4. Click to Submit charge

Charges show up in chronological order, with the most recent charges at the top.

Staff Charges Report

This report is a accessible from  Admin>Staff>Charges

Click on Staff charges report.


  1. Select the year for your report.
  2. Set the categories.
  3. Give a date range or leave blank to search all dates.
  4. Give an amount range.
  5. Enter a full or partial description.  
  6. Run the report.
