Financial: Communication

The Financial: Communication section of the Admin menu allows you to control e-mail communication regarding financial transactions.

  1. Select whether or not you would like e-mails sent to the billing e-mail address for approved transactions. If you choose to have the e-mails sent from CampSite, be sure to disable e-mail receipts from the payment gateway to prevent duplicate e-mails from being sent.
  2. Enter the additional text to include in approved credit card and checking account transaction e-mails.
  3. Select whether or not you would like e-mails sent to the billing e-mail address for declined transactions.
  4. Enter the additional text to include in declined credit card and checking account transaction e-mails.
  5. Enter additional text to appear at the bottom of invoices above payment coupon.
  6. Click Save changes.
